The Importance of Lymphatic Drainage

From the immune system to skin rejuvenation, Icoone Medical Laser lymphatic drainage is
important to the overall bodily function. Many of us are not aware that we have poor lymphatic
circulation. Heavy legs, swollen ankles and swollen eyelids are just a few areas that begin to
show first. Often, a non-ideal lymphatic circulation, if not properly drained, creates swelling and
circulatory difficulties, and causes even cellulite.

The main cause of feeling heavy and swollen is called water retention. Water retention is
caused by a lymphatic system that does not work perfectly: by draining waste products, the
lymph that flows in the tissue of the whole body, is collected and poured into the veins by
functionally lymphatic and blood microcirculation. If you don’t exercise or have an unhealthy
diet, this passage can be disrupted, and the lymphatic system becomes inadequate. Feet and
ankles, the legs, and the face is where water retention shows the most.

Icoone Medical Laser can make the body feel light again, thanks to its lymphatic drainage massage, which is the first protocol at each treatment session. The technology behind the unique Icoone system is based on the use of the handpieces equipped with microstimulators. What these microstimulators provide is a deep stimulation of the tissues that reaches down to act on the capillaries, on the sympathetic nervous system, and on the lymphatic system, encouraging the return of lymph to the bloodstream.

Icoone Medical Laser Lymphatic Drainage can work on all areas of the body as well as the face, for facial lymphatic drainage that leaves the face looking more lifted, rejuvenated and sculpted. Sessions of just a few minutes are enough to see a substantial difference. Icoone is an ideal treatment to do beforehand to prepare for any further body and facial treatments.
