Scientific Studies
The Icoone project owes its inspiration to the extraordinary intuition of connective-tissue researcher Jean-Claude Guimberteau with regard to the structure of the skin. Guimberteau’s research highlighted that the skin should be conceived as a dynamic, living, and breathing organ and that the subcutaneous tissue consists of an interconnected network of microvacuoles, arranged in a complex and fragmented structure, which represents the primary functional unit of the overall tissue system.
This innovative perspective completely replaces the traditional concept of the skin being formed by simple, layered tissues and consequently introduces the need for a new, advanced approach to skin treatment. I-Tech Industries has embraced and further developed this scientific vision by designing a technology capable of targeting these countless micro vacuoles in a precise and effective manner, thereby delivering faster, more visible and longer-lasting results.
